Reuven Ulmansky is the Chairman of Leading Edge Consultants, a management-consulting firm founded in year 2000 focusing on fusing technology with strategy for long-term sustainable growth in the global marketplace.

His expertise is combining the managerial and engineering worlds. His background in the field of emerging technologies stems from his experience with leading tech companies and academic institutions in an ever-evolving industry.

A veteran of the elite 8200 technology intelligence unit of the Israeli Defense Force, graduate in aeronautical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and MBA from the Hebrew University. Reuven held a variety of senior managerial and engineering positions in large organizations such as Israel Aerospace Industries (Lavi advanced fighter aircraft project), Intel Corporation (Fab Staff Member) and Senior VP of Koor Industries’ Medical Division. Additionally, today an adjunct professor at the Guildford Glazer Faculty of Business & Management at Ben-Gurion University, teaching entrepreneurship, strategy and technology innovation.
