Noa Gastfreund has more than 6 years of experience working with startups and helping them to grow and build successful businesses.

Noa is a Managing Director at the Hybrid Accelerator. Prior to joining Hybrid, Noa was a Human Resources and Business Operations Manager at Tipalti, a successful Israeli startup in the Fin-Tech field ($2B valuation).

Noa is also a Co-founder at the UAE-IL Tech Zone, a hub that joins both Israel and the UAE tech ecosystems.
